As a customer-oriented company, Sedeer Medical has been offering its customers end-to-end pre- and post-sales product support services to help clients reduce total cost of operations and improve customer satisfaction. We take care to integrate product support services with product engineering services.
Our Team is skilled, professional and experienced and has undergone skill enhancement training courses. This team is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the various laboratory and medical equipment and ensures hassle-free operations and minimized downtime.
We also maintain the instruments after the warranty period by offering “Service Contract” thereby ensuring the continued functionality of the highly sophisticated instruments.
