It then stores the test results in the patient or donor’s history for review by the laboratory or clinical staff when making patient care decisions. The many reports provided in the software 1) assist the user in managing the flow of work through the laboratory and 2) provide patient and donor reports that meet accrediting agency requirements.
The dedicated applications are presented in modules so the client can build a system that is customized to the laboratory’s needs. The Core Package performs the main functions of the lab. Modules are added to supplement the features of the Core.
